NiuMedia Pacific was commissioned by the Law Library of the University of the West Indies (UWI) to assist it in developing its capacity to publish a collection of materials relating to judgments of several West Indian jurisdictions in Folio Views.

The project included the production of a FSR and an initial WICLIP infobase. A Help Infobase explaining clearly (with the use of graphics) how to create and republish the database was also produced.

"I am happy to inform you that Kevin from Barbados Light and Power who is our resident Folio 'expert' - he has been with us since the beginnings of our troubles - came yesterday, followed your instructions which he says were excellent, and we have started to load the additional data. So, thanks to you, I will not be lynched at the Faculty Board meeting next week."
